We are in an interesting process, where we attach great importance to creativity concerning product development. By now the production takes place in many countries, from Eastern Europe to the , and this has resulted in more flexibility and many new interesting products. In (Viborg) we are in charge of sale, design and planning, of course in close co-operation with our factory in that will be celebrating its 10th jubilee next year. We are holding on to our tradition where we successfully have established a niche within light work wear with service and quality in focus. But despite development, globalization and increasing demand for low price and at the same time high quality it is important to keep focus on sustainable design and environmentally correct production. We have to act decently in respect to the world we live in, and regard for the environment is getting more and more important. Also ethical consideration e.g. in the choice of suppliers that treat their employees decently is very important when planning the production. This is all very crucial for Nybo Jensen Konfektion A/S and has been so since the company was established in 1962. The future winners of industrial management are those who see the possibilities in soft issues rather than in restrictions. With the best regards
