When returning goods to Nybo Jensen Konfektion A/S, the customer must always enclose a copy of the invoice, a copy of the confirmation, or a delivery note along with a note stating why the goods are returned. Otherwise returned goods will not be accepted.
If goods are not returned in original packaging and in original condition, Nybo Jensen Konfektion A/S shall be entitled to refuse any refund.
Credit notes issued:
| Goods returned up to 3 months after invoice date | Full refund minus freight and handling fee |
| Goods returned 4-6 months after invoice date | 50% refund minus freight and handling fee |
No return of goods more than 6 months after invoice date.
However, these rules do not apply to samples, selections and collections, where an extended time-limit has been agreed.
Any item that is faded, or that has been used or washed cannot be replaced/refunded. This also applies to special commodies and printed and embroidered goods.
